Currently available White Wines
2009 Riesling
Our 2009 Riesling has aromas of lime and lemon plus a hint of green apple and honey with a long flavoursome crisp fruit/acid finish.
2009 Verdelho
This is a clean fresh and spicy wine with aromas of honey and lime. The palate is fruity with flavours of apricot and peach. The finish is crisp and fresh.
2008 Frontignac
This is a floral variety producing an intensely perfumed wine, with fragrant rose water and spice characters and a refreshing citrus finish.
2008 Moscato
This is a deliciously sweet wine made from our very own Frontignac grapes. The flavours are of ripe raspberry and fragrant rose water and the finish is vibrant and fresh.
2008 Sweet and Light
This wine is made from Riesling and Frontignac producing fresh, sweet floral and tropical fruit characters on the palate with a crisp, clean finish.
Brut Reserve
This delicious bottle fermented sparkling wine is clean and refreshing with delicate fruit flavours and a crisp apple finish.

2006 Estate Blend
This is a blend of our Estate grown red varieties - Shiraz, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon. Full of fresh berry fruits, capsicum, pepper, spice and oak with light tannins and a warm soft finish
2007 Shiraz
This ruby coloured Shiraz has a warm mouth feel of spice and peppers with a good influence of oak. Flavours of blackberry, menthol and white pepper, it has a short to medium finish.
2007 Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz
This traditional Australian blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz has been aged in French Troncias Oak and exhibits plum and berry flavours with a hint of black olives. It has a velvety mouth feel and a soft finish.

Pale ale light beer
This lager has a slightly citrus aroma with great balance and mouth feel. The crisp finish refreshes the palate making this fine beer appealing. Enjoy with good food.
